Sprained Or Broken Hand

II Peter 1:1-10, Mark 13:1-8

After listing the virtues that we must seek with all diligence, having received the full power of grace, the Apostle says as encouragement, if these things be in you, and are in abundance, they will not leave you neither idle sterile for knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (II Peter 1:8). The virtues of which he speaks here were mentioned in I Peter 2:21-3:9. Now we add only that we are obliged to demonstrate these virtues, not once, but rather to be always remain in us, so they become part of our essence, they take root in us. Thus, they should not remain on one level, but still multiply and grow in strength and fertility.
Only then, he says, they will not leave you neither idle sterile knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (II Peter 1:8). Whoever believes in Him and confess enters the knowledge of the Lord. "You think so?" says the Apostle! Watch therefore, that your faith is not sterile and fruitless.
What should I do so that my faith will not be so? Thrive in all virtues. Where are those who keep saying that believing is enough, and that nothing more is needed?! Anyone who thinks so is blind.
