II Peter 1:20-2:9; Mark 13:9-13
The fear of God leads to the beginning of a life holy and pleasing to God and this is the most faithful guardian, if one follows the inspiration of the fear of God and that we start well. Reading the this epistle tells us this, which reminds us that God's judgments and threaten punishment already shown by those who refuse to submit to His will. For years, the Lord spared Sodom and Gomorrah. But instead of returning to their senses, they rushed to the top of impiety. Therefore, they were hit by fire when they do not expect it. II Peter 2:9-22 , Mark 13:14-23
If someone said, Behold, here is Christ, or, behold, there he is, does not believe (Mark 13:21). Christ the Lord, our Savior, after establishing on earth the Holy Church, is happy to remain in it at its head, as giver of life, and leader.
Christ is here in our Orthodox Church, and there is not another church. Do not look elsewhere because you will not find it. Therefore, if someone from a non-Orthodox meeting comes to you and begins to think he has Christ, do not believe it. If someone says: "We have an apostolic community, and we have the Christ" does not believe it. The Church founded by the apostles remain on earth is the Orthodox Church, and Christ is in it. The community established only yesterday can not be apostolic, and Christ is not in it. If you hear someone say, "Christ speaks in me" as he fled the church ; [Orthodox], does not know his pastors and is not sanctified by the sacraments, believe it not. In him is not Christ, but rather a Another spirit that takes the name of Christ, to divert people's Lord Christ and His Holy Church.
Do not believe anyone would suggest even a little thing foreign Church [Orthodox]. Acknowledge these people as instruments of seducing spirits, and as preachers of lies.
