Introduction:
Donations are abilities that are given to us by the Holy Spirit to accomplish God's will. They are not for our personal edification (1 Corinthians 12 v 7), but for the edification of the body of Christ.

1 Corinthians 13: Love, without which the gifts are nothing, it is the more excellent way.
1 Peter 4 v 10-11: The word and the service that God will be glorified (Acts 2 v 14-40).
The 5 donation required for growth of the church
Ephesians 4 v 11 & 12 (See the study on 5 workers): The Apostles (sent), the prophets
(doors speech), evangelists (preachers of the good news), the pastors (shepherds), doctors (teachers). How to discover his gift?
Every child of God has one or more spiritual gifts (1 Peter 4 v 10). The best way to discover is to engage in his local assembly and to what to do (in submission to the elders of course). It is likely that our brothers and sisters before we discern our gifts, and they keep telling us. In all cases, there is no reason to be proud because this is not a personal capacity, but it is a gift from God.
