To all those who are part of the Parish Sainte-Marie and participated at the vigil on October 19, thank you very much for your participation in this hour of prayer and gathering (we were ten people in total). By participating, you made a beautiful testimony of the sacred nature of life!
40 Days for Life ends this Sunday, November 2. A final gathering and a special mass will be held the evening of 2 November. Participants will travel first to the vigil site (at 65 Bank Street) at 18h to attend the closing ceremony, where he will be speeches by various characters involved in pro-life. This will be followed by a candlelight procession up St. Patrick's Church on Kent Street to the special mass celebrated by Archbishop Terrance Prendergast. The event will conclude with a reception in the basement of the church.
